Welcome to the 3 Angels Travel and Tours website (“Website”). This Website is here to help customers create customized journeys that offer a unique and personalized adventure. The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “3 Angels Travel and Tours” refer to 3 Angels Travel and Tours Ltd., a Ghanaian limited company. The terms “you”, “customer”, or “traveler” refer to anyone visiting or using our Website and booking reservations through our customer service agents.
1. Deposit and Final Payment
To secure your booking, a deposit equal to 30% of your total travel program cost is required at the time of booking. However, some components of your travel program may require a higher deposit. We accept deposits via credit card, certified check, wire transfer, or money order. The remaining balance is due 90 days before departure. If you book within 90 days of departure, the entire cost must be paid at the time of confirmation.
2. Cancellation
Cancellations of confirmed reservations incur a $350 per person administrative fee. Additionally, customers are subject to cancellation fees imposed by service providers including hotels, cruise lines, charter vessels, rail, or airlines. If you cancel 60-89 days before departure, you will lose your deposit (30% of your travel program price). Cancellations 30-59 days before departure incur a 50% charge, and cancellations 29 days or less before departure incur a 100% charge.
3. Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against cancellation penalties if the trip is canceled for covered reasons. Travel insurance also covers trip interruptions, luggage loss/delay, medical expenses for covered injuries/illnesses, and other incidents that may occur after departure.
4. Passports and Visas
A valid passport is required for travel to most destinations. Check with the relevant consulate or embassy for up-to-date visa requirements. It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, reciprocity fees, affidavits, immunizations, vaccinations, etc., required for entry, departure, and travel within each country or region in your travel program. 3 Angels Travel and Tours does not provide advice on travel documents and is not responsible for any errors or omissions regarding information on visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, or special equipment.
5. Baggage
Weight restrictions may apply on internal flights and cruises. Baggage and personal effects are carried at the owner’s risk throughout the travel program. It is your responsibility to check with airlines for specific baggage restrictions applicable to both internal and international flights.
6. Changes
All prices for your travel program are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs, and taxes. 3 Angels Travel and Tours reserves the right to increase prices due to increased supplier costs, tariffs and taxes, or fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. We also reserve the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it, make necessary alterations to the itinerary, or tour inclusions as deemed necessary or desirable, and pass on any additional expenses or losses caused by delays or events beyond our control. Itineraries and arranged sightseeing tours are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond our control. We will make every effort to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. If you request changes to your travel components, additional fees may apply.
7. Promotional Photography
3 Angels Travel and Tours reserves the right to take photographs during any program operation and use them for promotional purposes. By booking a reservation with us, you agree to allow your images to be used in such photographs. If you prefer not to have your images used, please notify your travel program escort in writing at the beginning of your program.
8. Claims and Refunds
Except for documented extenuating circumstances, no refunds will be issued for unused tour services including accommodations, meals, internal flights, or sightseeing. If a traveler cancels while the trip is in progress, there will be no refund for the unused portion.
9. Air Transportation
3 Angels Travel and Tours does not accept responsibility for errors in airfare bookings made by third parties. Your confirmed web page will include detailed tour information, and it is your responsibility to ensure the correct arrival and departure flight information. Independent agents will arrange the best-priced airfare available in the requested class category at the time of booking. Note that certain airfares may incur a service fee, and cancellation or change penalties may apply.
10. Limits on Responsibility
3 Angels Travel and Tours, its employees, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, do not own or operate any entity providing goods or services for your trip. We purchase transportation (by aircraft, coach, train, cruise, or otherwise), hotel accommodations, restaurant services, ground handling, and other services from various independent suppliers. As a result, 3 Angels Travel and Tours is not liable for any negligent or willful act by any such person or entity. We act solely as agents for the client with respect to all transportation, hotel, and other tour arrangements. We exercise all reasonable care to ensure traveler safety and satisfaction, but assume no responsibility for injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from the actions of any third party.
11. Third-Party Suppliers
To provide your travel program, 3 Angels Travel and Tours arranges services with various third-party suppliers such as accommodation providers, activity providers, airlines, cruise lines, transfer operators, shore excursion operators, tour and local guides, and villa owners. These third-party suppliers may also use local operators and subcontractors. While we take reasonable care in selecting third-party suppliers, we do not control or supervise them and cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. Any services provided by third-party suppliers are subject to their terms and conditions, which may limit or exclude liability. You acknowledge that third-party suppliers are expected to comply with applicable laws and their terms and conditions. 3 Angels Travel and Tours is not liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the acts or omissions of any third-party supplier.
12. Risks and Representations
Adventure travel involves certain inherent risks, such as hiking, walking safaris, climbing injuries, altitude sickness, animal dangers, inaccessibility to medical attention, and difficulty in evacuation from remote locations. Passengers assume all such risks. Travelers represent that they and their companions do not have any physical or other conditions that could create a hazard to themselves or others. 3 Angels Travel and Tours reserves the right to decline any traveler or remove them from the trip if necessary, at their own expense, if they pose a hazard to themselves or others, or impact the enjoyment of other passengers.
